The Leadership CeilingStart →
How it works · the method

Not a personality quiz. A leadership framework.

Built on the Engalla Six Fundamentals, the framework Coach Jon uses with leaders and teams. Six drivers of how you lead yourself:

Awareness: autopilot → intention
Belief: limitation → possibility
Focus: being busy → results
Action: motion → alignment
Growth: experience → learning
Ownership: excuse → empowerment

There is research behind one part of this. Some useful behaviours become less effective when they are overdone. That is the whole of what it supports. It did not produce the Six Fundamentals and it does not test them. The six, how they are scored, and the words you get back are Coach Jon's own work.

DISC and StrengthsFinder are different lenses, and plenty of people find them useful. This one asks a narrower question: which of these six your own answers leaned on, and whether that lean is worth a second look. The answer is yours to give, not ours.

What the assessment does with it

Forced choice, on purpose.

Fifteen short steps. Most of them ask which statement is most like you and which is least, out of four that are all reasonable things a good leader might say.

That is deliberate, and it is the part people find hardest. On a rating scale you can agree with several statements at once. Asking you to choose between them gives a ranking instead, and a ranking is what this assessment works from.

There are no wrong answers, and nothing here is a weakness score. What comes back is which of the six your answers leaned on, and a question about it you are free to answer no to.
